I got a letter in the mail on thursday from one of the schools that I applied too. One of the ones that required a portfolio. I read the line that stated: "we are sorry to say that we cannot accept you.." And I stopped reading.
While it wasnt my number one school for design, I thought that if I could at least get in there, then I have a better chance for the number one. But, it seems that I wasnt what they were looking for. My mom thinks that it was because I didnt check the CD before I sent it in, and they automatically count you out if the cd doesn't work.
So I am feeling a little low, not really feeling artistic. but my sister AmenAugust has commissioned me to illustrate a few scenes from a story that she is working on for school. I might post them when I am done.
Also, I was wondering what you all think about my character Terrence, and the short clips that I have written about him. let me know what you think! (I don't need detailed critiques just let me know what you think!)
